Prices and Conditions

We work on a quote basis. This page contains the pricing, payment, shipping, warranty and return rules applicable to all equipment and accessories.

Prices

Should you wish to receive our price and/or accessory lists, we would appreciate you requesting them via the page Contacts, as well as letting us know your country, given that we have 2 price lists:

Dollar price list for the remaining countries outside Europe.
Note
The prices in our tables do not include the cost of air freight, which is always borne by the customer.

Proforma invoice

Without any obligation, we can prepare a full quotation (Pro Forma Invoice) so that you can know the exact overall cost — equipment and air freight included — of the order you wish to place. To do this, we need you to inform us:

No Proforma Invoice only customs duties and taxes, which vary from country to country, are not included.

Payment options

Any and all equipment or accessories are always prepaid, via:

  • Bank transfer to our US head office account
  • Visa / Mastercard
  • American Express

Dispatch

Delivery location
Always directly from the Central Warehouse of our factory, located in the USA, to any country on every continent.
Delivery method
By plane, via FedEx, to the international airport closest to the customer's destination.
Collection deadline
± 48 hours until FedEx collects the equipment from our warehouse.
Delivery time
On average ± 8 to 10 days in any city in the world, with Tracking Number issued the day after collection.
Note
To speed up the whole dispatch process, all customers must email us immediately with a copy of the bank document corresponding to the transfer made.

Warranty

  • 3-year guarantee from the date of purchase.
  • Rocket Man will repair or replace any component free of charge, provided the fault is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Repairs due to normal wear and tear, accident, misuse or negligence are not covered.
  • The shipping costs for repairs are always borne by the customer.
  • No registration is required to enjoy the warranty benefits.

30 days

Returns policy

Rocket Man products may be returned provided they are completely new and unused, in their original packaging, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery.
